Portland, OR (Date) – Oregon Home magazine www.oregonhomemagazine.com Oregon’s leading statewide shelter publication, announces new editor, Veronica Peterson.


Oregon Home is excited to announce Veronica Peterson has joined the magazine as editor. Veronica comes to Oregon Home with more than a decade of experience in publishing starting her career working at California Home + Design magazine.  Since that time she has written for and edited publications focusing on design and edited several branded lifestyle books for Pottery Barn, William Sonoma, 
Z Gallerie and Crate and Barrel.  In addition, Veronica earned a degree in Interior Design and Architecture from the California College of the Arts, providing her with a unique perspective of the industry.  Most recently, Veronica was Editor in Chief of Sex + Design magazine for six years.  Based 
in San Francisco, the publication covers the intersection of visual art and articulated design, profiling some of San Francisco’s most avant-garde artists with a fresh take on photography.

Veronica’s role at Oregon Home will include planning the content for the quarterly magazine as well, managing its social media platforms and shaping the editorial vision for the future.

Oregon Home is the longest standing statewide shelter magazine in Oregon.  The quarterly publication focuses on not just structure, but comfort, space, style and inspiration.  Each issue covers helpful topics such as remodeling, décor, gardening and outdoor, cooking, DIY projects and current trends.
