The Oregon Home Readers' Choice Survey Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Oregon Home magazine (“Sponsors”). How to enter: Fill out questions 35, 36 and 37 on page 7 of the online survey . Prizewinners will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held at MEDIAmerica, Inc. on January 2, 2009. Winners will be notified by telephone by January 21, 2009. Prize is a two night stay at the luxurious Seventh Mountain Resort in Bend, Oregon. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ODDS OF WINNING. Limit one entry per person. Contest is open only to residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) over the age of 18. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any prizes. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 30 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws and is void where prohibited. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All times of day in these Official Rules are in Pacific Standard Time. Entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Sponsors shall not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accept no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in this Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to amend these Contest Rules or to terminate this Contest. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Contest constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, town of residence, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for Sponsors’ promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. By entering, entrants certify that they have complied with these Contest Rules and are eligible to win. For a copy of the winners list or these Contest Rules, send a written request with a stamped, self-addressed, business-size return envelope to OREGON HOME READERS' CHOICE SURVEY GIVEAWAY, MEDIAmerica, Inc., 610 SW Broadway, Suite 200, Portland, OR 97205. Residents of WA and VT may omit return postage. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects.
