Since 1996, The Wine Outfitters Inc. has
designed and constructed more than 200 wine
cellars for people who have a passion for vino.
Business co-owner Dennis McFall, who has a
bachelor’s in architecture from the University
of Oregon, launched the company with his
wife, Donna, after several cases of his own
stash of cabernet and pinot noir went bad.
He learned there’s more to storing wine than
keeping it at the right temperature (55 to 58
degrees) and proper humidity level (50 to 70
percent), and works with his fellow winelovers
to safeguard their liquid assets.
